Rental conditions |
The charter fee includes charter of the yacht, fully equipped, full insurance of the yacht and the crew during the charter period. Fuel expenses, skipper, hostess and other services and extra expenses in domicile marinas are not included in the charter fee.
Charter fee and payment condition:
» 50% of the charter fee (down payment) upon booking
» 50% of the charter fee 4 weeks before the start of your charter
When takeover the yacht, a caution money is to be deposited. If the charterer returns the yacht in good condition and in the fixed time, the caution money will be returned with no deductions. The charterer is obligated to return the yacht completely equipped, clean, filled with fuel and water tanks at the agreed time and place with all valid documentation of the yacht.
If the charterer cancels the yacht rental 4 weeks or more prior to the day on which the charter begins, the yacht owner will keep 50% of the charter fee - down payment made upon booking. If the charterer cancels the yacht rental up to 4 weeks prior to the day on which the charter begins, the yacht owner has the right to keep 100% of the charter fee.
